Where duplicate accounts are identified, byjili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your byjili login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. byjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. The minimum deposit amount at byjili is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

byjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your byjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
byjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit byjili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
